  • Tap on the symbol and then click forget this network.
  • Tap on forget to confirm your action and forget the network.
  • This will make your phone disconnect from the network and now you will be able to see the various available wireless network around you.
  • Click on the network to which you want to connect to and enter the password to join the network.
  • See if your connectivity works correctly now.
